Flankers, Flares, and 10,000 Lines!
Hey everyone! Another week of development has flown by, and I've got some exciting updates to share!
Enemy AI Gets Smarter (and More Annoying!)
Flanker Fury 
The Flanker enemy has received a significant attack style enhancement. Now, these pesky ships will move randomly while shooting, making them much harder to predict and hit. Get ready for some chaotic battles!
Courier Flare Overhaul 
The Courier's flare deployment has been reworked. Instead of releasing defensive flares only in front of itself, the flares now spread out to stop lasers from every angle of your base, adding a new layer of defensive strategy.
Milestones and Technical Tweaks
10,000 Lines Reached!
I've officially crossed the 10,000 line mark in the project! It's amazing to see how much the game has grown.
Keyboard Processing Fix
I encountered an issue where keyboard typing processing speed slowed down drastically. This lead to a massive kink in production as I have to wait 5 seconds in between each character typed out. Thankfully, I've managed to find a workaround, and things are running smoothly again.
Special Defense Refinement
Shock Absorber Upgrade
The Shock Absorber special defense is getting a major upgrade! I'm refining its functionality to act as an automatic counter-attack ability, significantly increasing its effectiveness. Get ready to fry up your pesky foes with their own fire power!
